Yes, I believe the global real estate funds may be optimistic if the U.S. enters a recession. Greater emphasis on economies in which the funds are owned and geographical balance. From the perspective of investors, many of these global funds to investors worldwide, including acquired Middleast, Europe and Australia. It can also be logical to conclude that if the U.S. enters a recession, investors seek refuge in foreign markets. However, as the U.S. economy is the largest in the world, a recession in the U.S., you always have a negative impact on economies worldwide.
