American university advice!! UMich, OSU, Purdue, Va Tech, CSM? - ann arbor tech deck

I am a foreign student. I received the acceptance form BAS degree in Mechanical Engineering: Michigan, Ann Arbor, Purdue University, Ohio State and Virginia.
And the Colorado School of Mines in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering.

Ohio State offered me scholarships party.

I'm confused, what I at uni because they are the same. They help me to make a choice in which the strengths and weaknesses of the BAS top.
